Programme Overview:

• Duration: 6 months
• Objective: To attract, grow, and retain top female graduates, building future leaders and specialists through hands-on exposure to DP World’s operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND)
• Maximum of 1 year of formal work experience
• Strong interest in supply chain, logistics, or related business areas

Recruitment Process:

1. Assessment: Shortlisted candidates will receive a test link via an external provider.
2. Video Interview: One-way video interview for candidates who meet assessment requirements.
3. Final Interview: In-person interview at DP World offices in Midrand, Johannesburg.
4. Verification: Background checks and reference verification.
