About the Role: Customer Care Executive
Outcess Solutions is recruiting Customer Care Executives who will serve as the first point of contact for customers. The successful candidate will respond to enquiries, offer product and service guidance, and ensure issues are resolved promptly and professionally — while maintaining a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and chat enquiries.
- Provide accurate and timely information about products and services.
- Log complaints, follow up on unresolved cases, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate support teams.
- Maintain excellent call etiquette and adhere to customer service standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback with the team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and ability to handle queries with patience and professionalism.
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in customer service is an advantage but not compulsory.
