Role Description
The Assistant Manager, Finance & Accounts will:
- Manage daily financial and accounting operations
- Oversee accounting processes and financial controls
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to support operations
- Contribute to sales support, customer satisfaction, and team management initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting practices
- Ability to prepare and manage financial reports and budgets
- Experience with team leadership or supervision
- Customer service and sales support skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with financial software/tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant certifications (CPA, ACCA, etc.) are an added advantage
