We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist who is passionate about performance marketing and skilled at turning data into growth.
Key Responsibilities
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will:
- Manage and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end
- Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into strategy
- Optimize budgets, bidding, targeting, and creatives to improve ROAS, CPA, CPC, and CTR
- Run A/B tests to identify and scale winning ads, audiences, and landing pages
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to improve campaign performance
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience managing Facebook & Google Ads
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Data-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects
