Job Overview

The Human Resource Officer will be instrumental in supporting the Human Resources department in various functions, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations across ARTEE Industries Limited. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices within the Nigerian context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR information systems.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
  • Provide administrative support for training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and Nigerian labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
